[ powers ][ permissions ]

Mouse's powers are a quasi-passive brand of emotional manipulation, made possible through a disturbance of a person's physiology. Here's a brief rundown of the important points, necessary in knowing before you can fill out the permissions below!
  • Mouse's ability is touch-dependent.  Skin-on-skin is best, but skin through clothes has been known to work in the past.
  • Mouse lacks the training and discipline to actively control his powers.  They default to on, thus: 'quasi-passive'.
  • Mouse's ability specifically targets the human neurological system to release excess amounts of serotonin into a person's system, this results in an almost immediate emotional pleasure spike.
  • This 'pleasure spike' can be best described as one of the following: euphoria, obsession and (most readily) love.
  • The specifics of how the reaction to this 'pleasure spike' manifests (whether it be love, infatuation, violent obsession, immediate addiction, etc etc) is up to the individual player.
  • The longer touch is maintained, the stronger the feeling becomes.  This 'pleasure spike' lasts beyond the duration of physical contact, the effects fading with time.
  • Repeated exposure will result in higher tolerances, addiction and, ultimately, overdose and withdrawal.
Mostly, I'm trying to figure out who is fair game to touch and who isn't.  Mouse has a general no-touch policy but has been known to break it, both on purpose and accidentally.  Since we've got a lot of non-humans and people with superpowers, it'd be nice to know who else is exempt!  Thanks in advance.
